Attorney Jason Schiffer is focused on representing people who have been injured in crashes. He specializes in bicycle crashes and has passion for advocating for cyclists’ rights. He enjoys working on technical cases involving complex crashes, and products liability cases. He draws on his 20 years of experience as a police officer to continue to advocate for victims who have been injured.

As a Bethlehem police officer, Jason served his community in many capacities, most notably as a bicycle police officer. His passion for cycling led him to the bike unit where he became a certified police cyclist, a police cyclist instructor, and a certified bicycle mechanic. His experience riding thousands of miles on the streets of Bethlehem and teaching hundreds of police officers to be effective cyclists has made him a fierce advocate for cyclist’s rights and safety. He was also certified in accident reconstruction and takes a special interest in using this experience in very difficult cases to investigate crashes and advocate for his clients.

Jason has a passion for learning and helping others. It is his great honor to be able to take a stand for victims of who have been injured and use his unique experience and knowledge to make a difference in their lives. Jason is an associate attorney at the law firm of Cohen, Feeley, Altemose & Rambo and part of a team that has been representing injured people in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for fifty years.
